How does the 7-day free trial work? +

It's simple: you create an account and for 7 days you get all the Pro-plan features, no card required — every format (text, image, carousel, poll), scheduling, analytics and comments in your voice. For the trial you have 6 briefs, 10 posts, 50 comments and 2 profile optimisations (monthly limits) to use however you like. It's the time to see us really work: your sources read for you, the week's themes, drafts in your voice. When it's over, if you'd like to continue you pick a plan; your data all stays in place and, with no active plan, we pause preparing new content until you pick things back up. If you arrive from another user's invite (referral) link, the trial lasts 14 days instead of 7: same Pro features and the same monthly limits, simply double the time to try it out.

What is the launch offer? +

It's our way of thanking early joiners: pay €99 once and get a full year of the Pro plan, with no auto-renewal and no surprises. It's limited to the first 25 sign-ups — after that it's gone. When the year ends, you decide at your own pace whether to continue with a subscription.

Can iPeople also help me comment on other people's posts? +

Yes, from the Pro plan up. When you come across a post you want to weigh in on, you paste in the text and the points you have in mind, and we prepare a few comment drafts in your voice, ready to review and paste. That way you stay present in the conversations that matter without having to think about it each time — and the final word, as always, is yours.

Can I change plan whenever I want? +

Of course, whenever suits you. The new plan starts at your next renewal: until then you keep the one you've already paid for, then the new one takes over. No odd mid-month maths, no proration.

And if I decide to cancel? +

No problem and no penalty. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your account stays available in read-only — you'll find all your data whenever you want, we simply pause preparing new content until you reactivate.

Do you issue invoices? +

Yes. If you pay by card, you automatically receive an EU-compliant electronic invoice made out to the legal entity you give us at sign-up. Nothing to request from us — it arrives on its own.
