Terms of Service

Last updated: 31/05/2026

1. Subject

These terms govern the use of the iPeople service ("Service"), a SaaS platform that produces content for LinkedIn, allows the user to review it and optionally publish it automatically to the user's profile.

2. Account

To use the Service you must create an account providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for every activity carried out through your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or publish unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene content or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Perform reverse engineering, mass scraping or attempts to compromise the security of the Service.
  • Circumvent usage limits or use multiple accounts to evade them.

4. Generated content and publishing

Content produced by our editorial team is delivered as drafts proposed to the user, who remains solely responsible for the choice to approve, modify or publish them. iPeople does not guarantee the accuracy, originality or suitability of the content. Automatic publishing on LinkedIn happens exclusively upon the user's explicit approval inside the Service dashboard.

5. Intellectual property

Rights over content that has been generated and subsequently approved or modified by the user belong to the user. iPeople retains ownership of the software, the brand and the technical infrastructure. The user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of the contract.

6. Fees

The financial terms of the Service are indicated in the pricing section at the time of subscription. iPeople reserves the right to change the fees with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Within the limits permitted by Italian law, iPeople is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or opportunity arising from the use of the Service or the generated content. iPeople's total liability is in any case limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the damaging event.

8. Suspension and termination

iPeople may suspend or terminate the user's account in case of violation of these terms, failure to pay or fraudulent use of the Service. The user may delete their account at any time from the dashboard.

9. Changes to the terms

iPeople reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated via email and published on this page with at least 30 days' notice before they take effect.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumer users the jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence/domicile applies. For disputes with professional users, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction.
